Installation : v1 is not needed since it's already included in v2, so all you have to do is download v2 & v3.

1. Put all cpk file v2 & v3 to your PES 2018 Download folder.

C:\Program Files\Steam\Steamapps\Common\PRO EVOLUTION SOCCER 2018\download\

2. Open PES 2018 DpFileList Generator and add those 2 cpk files in it. Now put tatoo pack v3 below tattoo pack v2

3. And finally click on Generate ! Done !
