You must update your game version to Datapack 4.01 first !

1. Extract the rar file with WinRAR

2. Backup your original dt80_400E.cpk !

3. Now copy the new dt80_400E.cpk from rengo patch to your PES 2018 Lite game folder

C:\Program Files\Steam\Steamapps\Common\PRO EVOLUTION SOCCER 2018 LITE\download\

4. Done !
